Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using WhoWantsTuitions. By creating an account or using the site, you (and, for students under 18, your parent or guardian) agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1.The service

WhoWantsTuitions (whowantstuitions.com) is a product of ServiceFine (EKM ServiceFine), India. It offers ICSE students:

• Ask Koki, an AI Socratic tutor that guides students to answers with questions and hints;
• a structured 100-Day Plan;
• lessons, worksheets and tests.

2.Eligibility and parent consent

The service is meant for school students. If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give consent and agree to these terms on the student's behalf, and is responsible for the student's use of the service. We may ask for confirmation of that consent before activating an account.

3.Accounts

• Each account is for one student only. Accounts must not be shared between siblings, friends or classmates.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Please give accurate details, including the correct board and grade.
• If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at shiva@whowantstuitions.com.

4.Plans and payment

• You can start any plan without paying, see if it works for you, then decide whether to pay: after 20 days on the 100-day plan, 15 days on the 75-day plan and 10 days on the 50-day plan.
• If you decide to continue, a one-time payment is needed. All subjects and Koki are included in every plan:
  • 100-day exam plan: Rs 999.
  • 75-day exam plan: Rs 799.
  • 50-day exam plan: Rs 599.
• You can choose one exam plan (100, 75 or 50 days). A plan can be chosen only if there are enough days left to finish it before the board exams.
• These are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically.
• Because you can see if a plan works for you before paying, payments are not refunded. If you are charged twice or pay the wrong amount by mistake, write to us and we will return the extra amount.
• The price shown is the full price you pay. There are no extra charges.
• You pay by UPI. Your plan is switched on once we confirm the payment. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
• We may change prices for new purchases in future; this will not affect a plan you have already paid for.

5.Fair use

To keep the service fast and affordable for every student:

• There is a daily limit on the number of questions you can ask the tutor. The limit resets each day.
• Use the service only for genuine study. Do not use it to produce content for others or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not try to break, overload, hack or bypass the service or its limits, including by using bots, scripts or multiple accounts.
• Do not share paid lessons, worksheets, tests or login access with anyone else.

6.Content ownership

All lessons, worksheets, tests, diagrams and other materials on WhoWantsTuitions are original content owned by WhoWantsTuitions (ServiceFine). They are licensed to you for personal study use only.

You may not copy, download in bulk, resell, republish or redistribute any of this content, in print or online. This includes use by coaching centres, tuition classes, schools or other businesses without our written permission.

ICSE is a trademark of its respective owner. WhoWantsTuitions is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.

7.Student conduct and safety

• Do not share personal contact details in chats, such as your phone number, home address, school name, social media handles or photographs.
• Be respectful. Do not send abusive, hateful, sexual or harmful messages.
• Do not use the tutor to cheat in exams or submit its answers as your own graded work where that is not allowed by your school.
• If you see something worrying or wrong in an answer, tell a parent or teacher and let us know.

8.Availability

We work hard to keep WhoWantsTuitions running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance or updates, and we may change or improve features over time.

9.Limitation of liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Indian law:

• we are not responsible for exam marks or results, or for decisions made based on AI answers;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
• our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10.Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing accounts or content, misusing the service or behaving abusively. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. Data is handled after closure as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first, so we can try to resolve any concern quickly.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and tell you on the site or by email about important changes. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
